β β β β β A 5 star rate for Point Optical. I bought 2 specs from their branch in Toa Payoh and always returned to buy contact lenses from them every 3 mos. In overall I am very satisfied with their products and a very friendly and attentive staffs especially when I needed my contact lenses every 3 months.

β β β β β The staff were very friendly and nice. They helped me, my mom and my younger brother through the process of getting glasses. They were very clear in explaining the different types of lenses a person could get that we felt more knowledgeable by the time we got home. The glasses were really great and feels sturdy. We were able to work within our budget to get the best. Overall, it was a good experience.

β β β β β Me and my friend went over to get his spectacles change as the frame was spoilt, we were surprise at their affordable and stylish frames design and the superb service provided to us by the staff. Overall, definitely would recommend to others and also come back in future to patron the point optical shop ??

β β β β β Ordered 8 boxes of acuvue contacts 3 weeks ago. Was shocked when I was given samples while I was there. Turns out to be a misrepresentation from staff. Samples were given in replacement of the late delivery.

β β β β β Incorrect prescription for my bi-focal lens. Was prescribed near vision of 1.25 for both eyes and couldn't see clearly. Went back and was directed to their Senior optometrist but still failed to fixed the issue. Went to my Eye Doctor and was told that my actual near vision is 0.75 for both eyes. therefore 1.25 was overpowered. Had to make another pair of glasses elsewhere. Wasted almost $300.

β β β β β Do a pair of lens, sharpness not there. Alleged to be own fault giving wrong info.. joke.. what the point of staff doing eye check then..
Collect specs, inform sharpness problem, staff mention to try for a few days.
Well.. shop did do replacement lens but if never do properly, what the point ..
