Terrible service n attitude. Unprofessional. Expensive hair wash/hairtrim. They only good at pestering to buy packages. Will not go this oulet. What kind of VIP treatment is this?

I am reluctant to even give a one star. Everyone here is right about their review. I was the fool who ended up signing a package after a haircut. It was expensive but not only that. The services you used each time within the package is very overpriced, charged at random and ridiculous. Each time I do a treatment it’s $399. What the %%#%#. Their wellness package which I tried is also utterly useless. I think I am one of their first customers and had paid my due with the packages I had spent with them. Even with that, each time I went back to use my package, I get relentless pestering to sign up more, like they are trying to milk you dry. The most ridiculous is when one hairdresser gave me head massage during my hair wash but want me to sign up $2000 for 10x massage package!! What business are you really in?! I have a few sessions left but I am giving up altogether. I rather NOT go back then be hound and stress each time I am there. I feel a moral obligation to do the right thing hence posting this review. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP AT ALL COST!

Had a rlly bad experience here, should have looked at the Google reviews before I visited the store.asked the guy for a layer haircut and he ended up giving me a straight hair cut. And the cut doesn’t look even at all.

The person there keep pester you to buy the scalp treatment package, at first ask you to buy a package for 10+1 which cost $1350.. and I keep saying I don’t want to sign any package and let me think about it first butend up I paid $1000 for 8 treatment package, so stupid I am… please be beware. And I don’t think there is any way to get a refund

Terrible service! No relevant hair cut and colour expertise, especially one of the female hair stylist. I will not go there again after using up my package. Currently I have to force myself to patronise them because I stil have a balance of $128 in my package. And they like to hard sell you to signup big package. Don’t fall for it. Please warn all your friends about this hair salon. It’s a black shop. The are plenty of other better salons in Marine Parade.

Beware!!! Chance upon the shop that says $10 fir female haircuts. Went in and confirm the price. Next the saleswoman and hairdresser tried hard to sell scalp treatment. The ploy was its anniversary so it was $299 going for $68 which I declined. Failing that hairdresser persuaded me to have hair wash before cuts. I asked in mandarin 加洗头多少钱， replied was$15, so went ahead with hair wash. When I went to settle payment was charged $25 as hair wash is $15. Felt very cheated, besides it took slightly less than 20 minutes to have hair wash, haircuts n blow dry?. The haircuts was less than a trim. Only the back was trimmed about an inch leaving sides and front totally untouched What a ripoff

Went to the shop not knowing that hair cut was $10 only as there was not much customer and I wanted a fast hair cut. A lean male hair dresser from China attended to me. He ask if I want to wash hair. I declined as I wash my hair already. He claimed that my hair was still oily and ask if I want to wash. I declined again. He asked if I want to dye my hair and I told him maybe next time. After all the declined, he was rough in cutting my hair. During the hair cut, the sharp edge of the scissor poking into my skin. I was very surprised by the service attitude as I never had a hair dresser pushing my head so hard throughout the hair cutting process. I thought in heart that I will tolerate and never go back again. At the end of the hair cut, he did not use a back mirror to show me the how the cut was, I requested for it. When was shock to find out there was a chunk of hair that was not cut evenly and requested to be cut. He claimed that it is like that because it was not washed. Knowing that he is not keen to cut and May result in a worse hair cut, I paid left and went to another salon. They are here to earn quick money without hard work. Go at your own risk

Asked for a side swept fringe and evenly cut layers on top and this is what I get. A frizzy uneven cut with a messy front hair. Hairstylist did not listen to instructions and wore gloves while cutting. Was very rough with hair and snipping with scissors randomly, shaver was pressed with force on skin. Very uncomfortable experience. Still had cheek to ask for package deal after this terrible cut that took 2mins to finish. Shameless person and business
