Brought 2 wireless laceback bra, went home to wash it.
Right after 1 wash, one of the bra totally spilt apart. Impossible to wear. Went back to northpoint outlet and got the exchange.
Thought it was just that 1 item which was faulty, who knew after less than 3 wears both bras completely spilt apart and impossible to wear.
Always have been buying Sorella products but now their products getting worse.

I went to the shop at amk hub thinking of just browsing thru as I already have a few new bras. Was approached by Kitty who shows professionalism in her job. I told her my concern and she recommended me afew choices. Initially, I told her I am just looking out and don't intend to buy yet. But she told me it's ok, just try 1st and not to worry, thus I tried a few which Kitty recommended. Kitty also shared me on the knowledge to adjust the bra so that it will help improve my breast shape. Recently, I had being to a few shops lately but do not show this service. I am very pleased with Kitty's patience, and professionalism. She also shared her own experience sincerely with me. Thus end up I got one from Kitty as a support despite I already got a few new ones. Thank you for your good service and sharing.
