★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from the start. Dropped by the next day to collect the vinyl that i had asked them to print. They squated behind the desk and spoke in chinese and i was already very suspicious of it. When they passed me the sticker, they hid the detailed part of the sticker, and guess what the vinyl was jacked up and i payed 27$ for it. Disappointing, Do not print your vinyls here, its expensive and the quality is horrible. They dont handle your prints/work with respect. I have photos as proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male staff working there is friendly and patient, and my friends and I often print our design projects here. Prices are reasonable too! The paper choices are not very extensive, but printing mounted posters here is great.
However, the female staff is unfriendlier, and wanted to charge me for prints where some of the designs were missing from the page, and with patchy colour or stains on the paper which I thought was quite unreasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that this shop deserves higher rating than the other overated shops. It came to my surprise that this place is actually quite a nice place to print perfect binding, without stating any minimum pages. At least I feel welcomed by the staff rather than other shops, which I do not wish to name it here. The quality of printout is acceptable, just that the image is slightly wash off. Overall, I would still recommend Brilliant Color if you need to print for your school assignments or any gifts.
