โ โ โ โ โ Cheap and nice food from Japanese store (Kaki Fuyong), Chicken Rice and Economic Rice. The takoyaki and snacks stores which sells Prata Sausage is also good!
However there's no aircon, and it might get quite hot there.

โ โ โ โ โ Most convenient place to eat in NYP! Itโs most affordable compared to subway or Koufu! It has really nice ice Milo for only $0.90 and the mini wok store is a great deal! Worth every cents for the food.

โ โ โ โ โ A great place to dine in, with prices averaging around $3, one can expect good food for a low price here. Just note that it can get very busy and swamped at peak times at certain stalls for queue times to swell to tops 10 minutes.
I have been eating here for the last three years, and needless to say even after the renovation, the low prices are a boon from the get-go. Portions are generous for the price, and thus I'll recommend this canteen in NYP.

โ โ โ โ โ Dun underestimate tis canteen. It got one of the best Indian, japanese, fish soup & chicken rice stalls in amk. Waffles & snack stalls have their own unique food items too.

โ โ โ โ โ Located in the School of Applied Sciences block, South Canteen is a very convenient place for applied science students to purchase affordable food priced at around $3. Highly recommend the ban mian there :) Environment can get abit uncomfortable during warmer days because the canteen is not air-conditioned. Do take note that its harder to find seats during lunch hour (12pm to 2pm) and the queues can get quite long. Might want to consider doing takeaway and eating at benches outside the lecture theatres in level 1. Overall, still a very nice place to have breaks in between classes

โ โ โ โ โ It has been about 2 years since we last had breakfast or lunch at NYP. I missed the chicken rice. The queue is long compared to other stalls.

โ โ โ โ โ Was there early in morning on a weekday, tried the Malay store .. nice taste, friendly experience. Paid using ShopeePay.
Though it is not air-conditioned .. this place food price is cheaper, heard other food stalls like Japanese, Chicken rice stalls are great too.
