I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Ooi at Sozo Cardiology. Dr Ooi is a genuine, kind and very caring doctor. He didn't rush during the consultation in fact the opposite, he took his time and explained thoroughly all my medical findings. This clinic has a great set of people, the nurses are all so wonderful, happy and helpful. Bravo and Thank You Dr Ooi & Team!!

As a patient, when something is medically amiss with you, you would want to be cared for by a doctor who is knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely cares about you (the patient). Dr Ooi is one such a doctor. Dr Ooi first came across as a physician who is very approachable, reassuring and knowledgeable. He is able to explain technical medical jargons into something that is bite-sized and easy to understand. Based on my last few visits, I could sense that Dr Ooi genuinely cared about my well-being. He set achievable milestones to try and see if I can prevent myself from starting medication. Dr Ooi made me feel great as a patient as he made me take ownership of my condition and gave some very down-to-earth and realistic advice, which I followed. Of course as determined as I was to be well, I was a very compliant patient too. Dr Ooi has a fantastic team too. All of them are extremely professional yet very friendly. They make every patient feel very welcomed. If you are looking for a Cardiologist, I would highly recommend that you book an appointment to see Dr Ooi!

Dr Ooi is very detail and patience in explaining findings to his patient. Answer all enquires and concern. Having him as my cardiologist is my blessing. The nurses in his clinic are also very patience in giving education to their patients. Very friendly and approachable. Have been visiting Dr Ooi since 2019. Best doctor ever! Very knowledgeable and patient. Explain reports in details and in layman terms so that I understand easily. He will give valuable insights and advice. Non-profit driven and only recommend tests needed. Nurses and staff in the clinic are also very welcoming and patient. They are willing to go extra mile in order to provide a more accurate report. Best cardiology clinic! Thank you Dr Ooi and Sozo staff. Thumbs up!

Recommended through a friend. Dr Ooi is very detailed, who would walk through with the whole process and would take time to explain to us both diligently and candidly. Was almost Christmas and did his best to accommodate us as well. Post op follow up has been excellent with his team. Can still remember his sound advice to avoid seeing him again! Would recommend him anytime!
