★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the impression that Dr Kam is very accomplished and specialised in arrhythmia but not up to date about cardiovascular health more broadly. I stopped by for a consultation on my general heart health and got some generic advice that's largely 20-30 years out of date -- eat less dietary cholesterol and try to lower your LDL-C. Current medical research suggests dietary cholesterol is irrelevant to cholesterol levels in your blood and LDL-C in isolation of TG/HDL is not a good marker for heart health at all so the advice was underwhelming. In my view, her dietary advice should not be relied upon. Staff were very easy to deal with and Dr Kam was impeccably polite though -- sad to have to write a poor review about such nice people.

They have latest technology with latest machine so i can say that Ruth kam Heart & Arrhythmia clinic is good in Singapore.
