My request is being abandoned by patricia wong. I have been asking quote and follow up for sometimes after visit to jurong few times and also after sp home visit to my house, but still i’m not getting it. The promised has been given few times but still not fulfilled. If as simple as quotation not given, what about fulfilling the promise of on time production? I will change the star review if i can change the representative/salesman that taking care of me and do a better job.

Excellent residential, home n office furnishings. Showrooms plus range of materials for walls, floors n carpentry, varied accessories available for mid to high range. Collaboration with contractors, toilet n other hardware for ease of coordination. Attentive advice given n quotation too.

ID Patrica and Joshua MIA after initial meet up at Expo Home Fair 3 weeks back. Promised for follow up within a week back then. Wasted 2 hours of our precious time and patience all these while. Not recommended.

If I could give this renovation ID company 0 stars, I totally would. The company's management is poor, a nightmare if I'd say so. We were passed around to several different SP Homes staff. First we were attended to by Justin (who then left the job few days in our reno home quotation enquiry) and Peiyen who was really quite amateur-ish in her work; she even managed to give my dad the wrong name for the bank cheque, which caused delays in the reno process as the cheque bounced. Additionally, there were lots of other delays and eventually, miscommunication between a staff named Sherly (yet another staff who was passed to handle our reno job) and the people that were supposed to deliver our things (kitchen quartz countertop) which then caused delays for our other renovation process in the kitchen. Sherly then subsequently left the WhatsApp group and passed her responsibility to yet ANOTHER teammate which then arranged for delivery of the quartz countertop that came DAMAGED; which means, more delays due to them needing to replace that one piece of damage quartz top. When the replacement countertop did arrive, it too, came with flaws; chips and markings that cannot be cleaned (evidence in pictures). The kitchen cabinets installed also arrived with inner patterns that we didn't ask for. When we enquired about the matter, one of the staff said that "It is now like that, new pattern from factory. Now all produce like that." Why weren't we informed about this beforehand? That is downright unprofessional to force a customer to accept something they didn't choose/ask for. TLDR; if you are looking for an ID company, save yourself the hassle and choose another company. All you get from this company would be unnecessary stress, unprofessionalism, lousy item quality, shoddy workmanship, poor communication/project management and MASSIVE delays. Avoid at all costs.

Faced a lot of problems working with them, and general sloppy work ethic from the workers when they conducted renovation in my house. They deflect problem to other subsets of the company and they’re generally just very inefficient. I had originally started renovation to fix the wear and tear in my kitchen but their nonchalant work attitude has also led to multiple problems with renovation and they’ve caused even more issues to arise, now the water pipe in my kitchen is broken because of their renovation work. I think it is also very telling of a company that only replies to 5 star reviews and does not address issues stated by any review less than 5 stars.

Such a bad experience with them. Customer service was horrible. Felt no remorse over poor project management leading to massive delays. Renovation took up to 6 months to complete. Had to stay in the house with unfinished renovation jobs although a 3 months notice was given to them on start date of installation. Found cigarette butts in our house when we first visiting the house during renovation which left a burn mark on the floor. Protective layers were not placed when demolishing and removal of old cabinets. Causing the floor to have scratch marks. Had the walls painted of the wrong color chosen. Painting skilled of workers was the worst. Lines were not straight, paint stains everywhere on the floor and even on the window grills. Wrong colored Bedroom Cabinet was installed, which caused further delays as their materials had to be reshipped into Singapore. Waited for another month, before materials could arrive for re-installation. Kitchen cabinet self was not flushed to the wall. After Electrical works done, sealing of holes were not done properly. Was passed around by different staffs throughout the project and had to constantly chase for updates on when the workers will come to complete the works. Workmanship was horrible too. After Cabinet installation, there were still silicon stains from old cabinets on the floor which was not removed properly. When asked if all worked are completed, staff (Project Incharge) confidently answered Yes. However, we have never even seen the Project Incharge before as he has never come up to follow up or check on what are the outstanding works nor if the works have been rectified. Too many upsetting moments during this entire renovation to even type out everything. Really poor communication and handling of the renovation overall. No worth your time or money.
