I was desperate to get my brows threaded but my go-to shop was closed that day ( near west mall, at the end of the stretch of shops with McDonald) so i decided to give this a go. I have no idea what the lady was thinking when she threaded my brows because one ended up with the straight Korean brow while the other had the american arched brow??? how did she even think this was acceptable?? and i even told her to MAKE THEM AS EVEN AS POSSIBLE and she literally did the opposite. Please save yourself the trouble and just not patronize this shop. I don't usually write reviews but honestly brow ladies have more power than boys to mess up your life ok.

When i asked about best one for eye brow all reply same , we all are professionals. Everytime my experience was very bad, some time they make it very thin, some time both eye brows shape different, last time even cut my skin with thread and the girl dont admits it saying you already have skin tag, i wash my face everyday and i don't know about skin tag ? Lolz I even got rashes all over my eye brows area... Even staff behaviour rude and not like professionals. This was surely my last visit.

I arrived and was told to come back a few hours later as all therapists were tied up with appointments and they could not accept walk ins. It would be useful in future to have clear communication on managing customer expectations! If you don't work on your key customer base you will lose customers.

Although I took an appointment 2 days back still they didn't take care of their product availability. After going there they informed me that they don't have henna stock in their outlet rather insisted me to put some other product. I reluctantly agreed. But the person who was applying me the hair colour was very unprofessional. I regularly asked her not to put on my face and ear skin. But she said it will go away during wash. But now I have black mark all over my forehead. It looks like my skin got burnt. Moreover the product smell like charcoal. Its a very bad experience.

Prior the wedding during my trial, she assessed my skin and gave few suggestions of facials. Seriously no hard selling. I opted for the facials and to my surprise, I can actually see my face improved in texture and glow. This actually made my wedding makeup looked better as compared to the trial. As for the wedding makeup, Visa was very accommodative to my requests. She gave me exactly want I wanted and more actually. I was a happy and a beautiful bride. Still going for my facial with them
G	Ghayathiri Sondarajan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ruined my eyebrows 3 days before my wedding. I asked for them not to be thinned and beautician thinned them! She was sniffling and sneezing while doing threading. Very very disappointed and horrible experience. Will not be coming back
