★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service and hard selling of facial/slimming packages. After thousands of dollars has been collected, very poor facial treatment services rendered. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I continue using CITISPA is because I was hard sold the package. I still have 21 packages I didn’t use yet.
The service is normal.
The WestMall receptionist is not trained to greet customer and show a very cold stone face when I entered the shop. Don’t feel want to go to the same place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only the facial therapist who did facial is friendly...but the others no heck care. They are nice just to mk u buy their pkge. After deal is sealed, they immediately drop their friendliness. Frequently ask customers to sign in new pkge though it may not be needed. Public be wary of their tactics

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is this place still bad? I hope not! 10 years ago I wanted to do a slimming program, was ready to pay thousands of dollars. When I was at West Mall, I got a flyer about free tummy slimming at the spa. So I decided to do it to see if it's good. I went there, and asked the receptionist if I could do the free tummy slimming that day. She was reading something. Without looking up, she said "that promotion only valid if you pay for other services. Good bye!" Wow, so rude! I was so taken aback I just said "Ok" and left. Unbelievable.

To listen . I was not happy with my new sessions but then she gave ample of time to understand Nd we finally settled down the issue. I could see little disappointment but still happy face.Thanjs Candy .
