โ โ โ โ โ I enjoy the massage by Mary Ann.nice and clean facilities,
They provide shower gel, shampoo,disposal comb,toothbrush, disposable underware. Which you can basically go there. And provide what is necessity.
They have light refreshments and drink. They also have jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna which you need to book in advance.

โ โ โ โ โ Counter staff was very friendly. Was attended to by therapist Vion. Very good session - sheโs attentive, noticing when I was tensing up and checked in on the strength applied. The back scrub is pretty nice too. Left feeling lighter after the session.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a great experience at Elements at Suntec. Superb customer service. Angeline was very helpful and there were no hard sales. Florence was amazing and gave me one of the best hydrating facials. Would definitely recommend and revisit too ??

โ โ โ โ โ I've really enjoyed my facial sessions here thus far. My sessions with Lan is always very calming and relaxing, and she always gives great tips and takes the time to answer any questions I may have about skin care. My skin also feels more hydrated after each session. The place is also very relaxing, I appreciate the small bites and drinks available.

Was impressed of the Jacuzzi, love it!
Plus points is after massage they have a snack corner area to enjoy. Great for small groups of friends for relaxing.
No idea, if steam bath is in working conditions.
Glad there is restrictions limit nos. of people.
But massage was okay.

โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting spa infinity. Counter staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me register. Was pleasantly surprised that they had a form for you to fill in asking you about your preferences (eg. Strength/type of massage, areas to focus on).
Massage room was also quite spacious and the bed had a heater, which was comfy. Staff was chatty with me throughout the 1h massage, and good skills too!
Will definitely visit again ?

โ โ โ โ โ Visited 31.12.21 with a friend after buying digital voucher on Shopee. Receptionist is attentive and pleasant and showed us around and explained about the facilities. Jacuzzi is large and shower facilities are clean and amenities are sufficient. Massage was great as the therapist checked on the strength used and adjusted accordingly. Both of us enjoyed the massage as our therapists are experienced and professional. There is no hard selling and we were able to wind down at the lounge area after the massage and enjoy some light refreshments and ginger tea. Thanks much for the wonderful experience and service!

โ โ โ โ โ What's some of the most important factors of a Great Spa? Definitely the nice & clean ambienceโ๏ธ. The jacuzzi that would definitely be better with some calming aromatherapy oil?. As for me, above all is my massage lady Ai Qi. She is really awesome?and always makes me feel comfortable. Appreciates the little snack and drink machine. However, the ginger tea can be improved with more taste?. The rest of the staff is friendly and Spa package price is not too bad. Lastly, booking of appt is a breeze.. ?
