★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book an appointment for 2 pax. A while after confirmation, was informed that masseuse will be 10mins late which we didn’t mind. When masseuse arrived, said that there’s only 1 masseuse available so tried to convince us to go one at a time and appointment setter claims that she thought we only booked for 1 pax. No apology for the confusion/miscommunication. Decided to leave.
