Chua's Pets Trading - 151 Serangoon North Ave. 2

This bird shop is very good, there are many choices, why do people only give one star?

Superb place for pet lovers.... responsible owners with reasonable price .....

Alot of cute birds, parrots and pets here. Located within Serangoon North Pet Walk and neighbourhood ccs.

I have to give Chua 5 stars because they are the only place in Singapore right now that has parrotlets. Dionne was there to help me, and she was very nice and informative. Thanks! I finally got my pet after so many years...

I bought 2 Green Pacific Parrotlets from this wonderful shop. The lady who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very patience and sincere. She even offered me to handle her African Grey. Very tamed African Grey. The experience was simply amazing. Awesome is the word to describe the service. Thanks for everything.

Hi all, would like to share an unpleasant experience I had with Chua’s Pets Trading. We had brought our male teal blue lovebird (Birdie) to them in hope to get him a partner. Never did we expect to lose him on the day… The shop lady put a female lovebird into our bird cage, to see if she will fight with our male lovebird. During the process as the shop lady was trying to retrieve their female lovebird from our bird cage (while our male lovebird is still inside), she had mishandled and allowed my male lovebird to fly out instead. Instead of apologizing or offering compensation, they blamed us for not catching our male lovebird fast enough, thus the escape of our bird (though they were the ones letting it out in the first place). The owner was also insistent that this was not their fault, and they will not be compensating us with another bird. Would like to warn everyone if you intend to get your single lovebird a partner, please think twice before visiting this place. This post is not meant to defame the shop but more of a review/sharing our own experience.

Dark environment. Poor lighting, can't see the birds clearly. No price tags and cages were overcrowded.
