Rude shop owner. Lack of knowledge and bad attitude. Not going to patronise this shop.

Dank and inhospitable. Avoid. Goodwill birds around the corner is a superior choice in every way.

Shop is in a sad state

Bought a cockatiel here. Looked sick prior to buying, it was obviously a rash decision and my fault for believing the owner when owner insisted it was merely moulting and it was healthy. Went to the vet to do a checkup and was told that one of them was at high risk of dying due to malnutrition and malnourishment. As a precaution we did a follow up with the vet and was told that its liver was damaged because of rotten food fed by the shop as well as the general poor hygiene of this shop. Unfortunately after 2 weeks one of the birds passed. Went back to the shop in hopes of resolving this issue. (Take note i was livid and distressed from the last two weeks). No exchange or refund were made or were there any other assistance. Seller got rude with me. Told me that once a living creature leaves the shop it's not his problem. Scolded me for bringing down a dead bird. Never patronise this shop. Never mind the money spent on purchasing this two birds or the many vet trips we made. The emotional investment was the one that gets to me. Absolute scam and a disgrace of the bird community with such a for-profit way of doing things without due care and passion for the feathered friends.

Was looking for a specific plant but the shopkeeper simply points to a bunch of plant and walk off. Luckily for me theres another aquarium shop beside it. A hundred time more helpful and they even smiled. Ended up me buying everything i needed from plants to fishes there.

Bought a 2 cockatiels. Looked unhealthy but owner said moulting phase. Went to the vet and they said both cockatiels were fed rotten food had bacteria infection. 1 died after 2 weeks. The other fighting for her life and in need of nursing. Went back to shop owner and he got aggressive and scolded us. He said once the bird is sold it’s our problem. Pointing to the no refund or exchange sign. No sign or remorse or sympathy. No sympathy or passion for birds. Absolutely disgusting behavior rendered by him. Please DO NOT buy any live animals from him. All birds are living in filthy environment, some without food and water.
