Extremely poor customer service. They have delayed my furniture more than 10 times with different types of excuses each time. They are not accountable to their customers on the progress on their work on the furniture that I ordered more than 4 months ago. They are unresponsive when I tried to contact them. I would highly discourage anyone to do business with them. Personally, I would rate 0 stars if possible.

Can't believe all the good reviews written for this company, after my experience with them. The company showroom has been foreclosed by their landlords, how come no one mentioned this? Yet, there are good reviews written after shop closure. Strange. One salesman claimed that they have other outlets, but when I called their hotline, the person on the other end said there is no other outlet. Also, saw someone mentioned that they have their own factory in Singapore, as was told by their staff. How come they didn't list the address of their factory on their website?

We chanced upon Space Living after my partner suggested to visit the OxleyBizHub at Ubi Road 1. It was a Sunday and the place was very quiet, given it was still the heightened alert period. James gave us a warm welcome and we could feel his genuine eagerness to serve. He was attentive to our desire for a bed frame, dining set and sofa set. He showed us a lot of catalogues to help us navigate to our choice. He was more like friend than a sales person, and we enjoyed his service and advice. We eventually booked a dining table with matching chairs which we absolutely love. Next was the bedframe - James went through all the designs they have both physically and in concept. One big difference with space living is they fabricate their bed frames in Singapore, hence they could circumvent the delays and uncertainty in delivery seen in many other retailers who source from Malaysia or elsewhere. I feel space living’s price is very competitive and coupled jame’s exceptional service, it made our shopping experience a truly enjoyable one. Yes we will highly recommend James from space living if you are hunting for your next home furniture.

Found Space Living while we were hunting for new furnitures for our home. Jackie welcomed us. He was very observant to the details we were looking for and even went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He also shared and recommended what would be great for our home. Great quality and workmanship for the products. Prices were affordable too. Delivery was on time as promised and hassle free! Great job, Jackie! Loving our new furnitures in our home!

Truly blessed to have found this gem of a store in Ubi by accident. Service was first class. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. No pushy salespeople. James and Alvin went over many extra miles to providing a holistic service, not just the traditional furniture showroom. Workmanship and the finished products were done on time and exceptionally well. Needless to say, that I highly recommend them. Thank you Space Living, Alvin, and James !!!

Space living has the widest range of furniture around with competitive prices. Showroom is big and looks pretty. We were served by James on both occasions during our time there. He gave us suggestions on different designs we would possibly like for our dining chairs and pendant light. Very helpful and friendly ? Surprisingly their showroom do have great designs for pendant lights (the designs are even prettier than those I saw from professional light shops). Can't wait to receive the dining chairs and the beautiful pendant light for our new place

boss was really nice and gave discount on the model we want. Mary is very helpful and patience with recommendations. prices are pretty decent and there are lots of variety to choose from. :”)

As a whole the experience was unexpected..when I entered the showroom, we were zero knowledge and expectations…BUT Andy assisted us in our imagination he even helped to measure our children bedroom dimensions, in buying the beds. Helped us to visualise. We wanted a simple and minimalist sofa and he recommended these..turn out to be a very nice combo..and the carpet..that they gave us under complimentary ( though it is complimentary, they didn’t give us impromptu, they gave us a list to choose from which i am impressed by that)Thanks so much to Andy and your team..and your Boss for giving us the best experience
