Hello Spaces, I understand if you are not able to provide a refund on my unused coworking office term during the Circuit Breaker (i.e. lockdown) period in Singapore. All I asked for was for you to suspend my membership until the stay-at-home measures are officially lifted. You should not be asking me to extend my membership right now in an attempt to sell me more of your "promotion offers". And brag that "hundreds of thousands of companies globally" are "thankful that [you're] able to work with them". Your so-called *conditional* "rental rebates" are not providing any relief to small business owners/solo entrepreneurs right now. If you have branded yourself apart from your competitors for providing flexibility in your contract terms, why are you attempting to tie us down further at the worst possible time? Why do you want us to continue paying rent when we are going to risk our lives to work in your offices? When more than half of your branches are closed in the first place? Or are you just attempting to make us empty our pockets to corporate giants like you? Most importantly, I am really disappointed at how condescending your accounts team has been towards me when I've been anxiously trying to reach out for the last 3 weeks. I have finally requested for a callback to prevent further miscommunication last week, but I guess this is all you have to offer me - another unprofessionally-crafted email to one of the thousands afflicted. If this is the kind of customer service that you can offer your clients when they most need it, you are going to lose the loyalties of even the best ones i.e. me during this difficult period. Goodbye then, you can keep my money.

A cozy and comfortable coworking space with very friendly, responsive front desk tag-team. My customers is happy to enjoy a cup coffee while waiting.

Really friendly and thoughtful staffs at the reception areas. Personally felt that cleanliness was maintain top-notched at all times. A Highly recommended co-working space to work in.

A very modern office space equipped with amenities for both personal space and group discussion. Well decorated furnitures, and a delightful pantry. Special mention to the very welcoming staffs at the front desk, Angie and Amira, making the experience with Spaces even better. I strongly recommend this place for any business looking for a very reasonably price workplace, with a refreshing experience!

Very nice, convenient and welcoming place. Facilities are well maintained, not too crowded. Angie and Amira are doing an outstanding job to make you feel at home and forget that this is a co-working space. I have barely seen such high level of service.

We were here to host our workshop and the place is so conveniently located at Orchard and close to bus stop and MRT. The meeting room layout is fantastic and with a great view outside too. Special thanks to Angie and Amira for the splendid hospitality and help! Will definitely be coming back to host our events.
