Love the collagen lash lift & tint treatment by Ashlyn! She was very professional and gentle, and walked me through the steps through the process. Overall she did a great job with my lashes, would recommend :)

First time visiting Perky Lash for eyelash lift & had a really pleasant experience! My lash technician, Zi En, was very friendly, gentle & detailed throughout the whole procedure. Although the store wasn’t big but felt that there was still privacy as they had curtains to separate the beds & it was very neat & cosy as well. Will be back!

There is no privacy, just curtains between customers. I took a package so I had to go a few times, frankly it was hit and miss till the last 2 sessions where I realize that it depends on who you get to do your lashes. The first few times I had glue left behind, I had to remind them to please clean my lids properly. It made me wish I didn't get the package. But when you get a good 'artist' then it's totally worth it for the price.

Did 4D volume lash extensions. My lash technician first introduced the various lash styles and then recommended the most suitable one for me. During the session, she was gentle and meticulous. So far the lash retention is quite good too. Overall a great experience!

Ashley was very polite and friendly, she was very meticulous and patient as well. It was a my first time here and after a long break from doing extension. So far it feels comfortable. Hope the lashes can last!

Did my lash with Angela two months ago. It was my first time doing eyelash extension, Angela and her colleague were very friendly and patient in explaining the different types of lashes with me and recommending one that suits me. I decided to go for the premium twinkle lash(+$20) even though they had not recommend this premium design to me initially. Angela was very careful and patient throughout. They were also not pushy when I decided not to get the return voucher at the point. When I was done, I went to the toilet to check out my lashes. I noticed one side was a little not balance, it was lesser at the end. I went back to Angela and she was very patient to correct it but explained that my natural lash on my right eyes is lesser than the other eyes hence the unbalance result. But she quickly fixed it and the end result was much nicer. My lash lasted close to two month, of course they get lesser and lesser as some fell off. Friends praised how natural my lash looks. Price is not the cheapest though to be honest. But if you can get this quality for the price, I find it acceptable. Am ready to go back for another round of lash extensions.

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY. I received an eyelash lift on 27/2/22 at Tampines 1, 11am with the Shopback voucher, and left the shop at 12.13pm. This is by far, the worst eyelash perm service I have ever received. Here is a summary of the issues I encountered: 1. No introduction/questions asked for curl size preference. Immediately the process started with minimal communication. 2. Throughout the lift, both my eyelids burned terribly, to the extent that I had to call the staff and they had to use water to rinse off the chemical, not once, but twice. 3. When the lift was done, not only were they dramatically uneven, with one side lifted much higher than the other, my lower lashes on the left eye were damaged significantly as seen in the photos. The staff member tried to question and deny that perhaps my lower eyelash was already like this when I came in. Realizing her mistake, she tried rectifying it by straightening them. Through this process, not only did I feel an extreme burning sensation and excruciating pain, my lower eyelid actually got chemically burned and swelled up, with the skin peeled off. So now, not only is my lower eyelashes damaged, I got a chemical burn and extremely uneven eyelashes. EDIT: Owner claims that my eye twitched - which I am sure it did not as this is not my first eyelash lift. Owner also claimed that it was the twitch that caused the burns - which does not address the burns on my lower eyelid. Uneven eyelashes for both eyes are also not addressed. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
