Really enjoyed myself during my boxing classes. All the coaches and staff over there are very friendly, approachable and patient. The classes really gives you one heck of a workout and at the end of the day, I always learn something new :). Always looking forward to my next class!

Amazing staff who makes you feel welcoming whenever you visit. Friendly vibe and have classes that cater from beginners to advance levels. Coaches train you to max potential and provide good tips so your form gets better with each session. Joined to get fit but am addicted to the sports now.

Best place to start your boxing journey! The place is spacious and well ventilated. I’m a sports enthusiast who loves to try out different sports and places, i must say this outlet here have the best coaches! They are really knowledgeable and they take the effort to pay attention to every student and give feedbacks. They even tailored each class accordingly so that everyone will have a good session. Theres never a dull boring class. Its been 2months since i box with them and I enjoyed every single class. Theres always something new to learn and always different drills. You know you are in the right place and on the right track when you see progress ?

Joining Spartans, Jalan Kayu is one of the best decisions I have taken. Why? - Coaches are professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. They make sure to address you individually, constantly giving feedbacks & motivating. All of them had memorized my name & have been calling by my name (pronouncing correctly) since the 1st class?. - There are varieties of classes suitable for absolute beginners like me, for intermediate, for kids and advanced practitioners. Suitable for any gender, age group & irrespective of current fitness level. - Classes are tailored to cover Boxing drills, fitness, techniques, sparring etc. trained by different coaches at different time. I keep juggling between basic boxing, boxing fitness & all level boxing based on my availability. - Classes are scheduled throughout the day with almost no break except some public holidays, so I can pick classes that's comfortable. I can go more than 1 class per day if I want. - Easy to use mobile application that allows me to browse through classes based on datetime, coaches & book them in 4 days advance. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn the sport or use it for fitness!

Great boxing gym in Jalan Kayu, trainers were patient, knowledgeable and professional. Will be back for the next session again!

One of the best clubs out there! Workout was intense but not draining. Coaches were friendly and accommodating. And everyone there from the instructors to participants make it feel like home. Highly recommended, would come again!
