โ โ โ โ โ Today I came at 0130hours. A bit tired. Indian cashier with no smile. Told me the price. As usual I say tap with a tired voice and i show my card. Out of a sudden she yell at me. 15.20!! She was so rude. I question her customer service attitude which she reply YOU ARE NOT MY BOSS!! When I ask her to write down her name. She ignore me and enjoy her drink and ferrero rocher. I was so shock. Again i witness she attend a customer who key in dob and ic for points but cant get through. This happened many time. Seriously this is the worst experience ever. And even ur male staff say a day before she had 4complains.

โ โ โ โ โ Edit: pump manager promptly addressed the issue 1 day after I reported the incident. Checked the CCTV, apologised, and refunded back the difference.
William, one of the pump attendants, was very rude.
William heard the petrol quantity wrongly, didnโt clarify, pumped full petrol, and scolded me instead of apologising.
Extremely shocking and horrible.

โ โ โ โ โ SPC is my choice to top-up fuel & also pump up my tyres. I was very glad & happy when SPC stationed into Tampines, bringing my favourite kiosk within my proximity with beneficial petrol price as member. Good location with good & friendly staff.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the best petrol station in the island. Super spacious in terms of size of the station, always working air pressure station, efficient pump attendants, well stocked Mart.

โ โ โ โ โ It was crowded when I arrived and spotted only 1 pump that was free. However, the car at the next pump was parked slanted, far from the pump, taking up lots of space, and I had difficulty moving my car into the space.
1 lady staff saw me and gave me a helping hand by directing me into that narrow slot.
Very professional, cheerful and friendly staff.
The uncle who helped me pump my petrol even thanked me after the pump.
Service was great, and it makes me feel good even after staring at the $228 receipt.
