Service not bad, no hard selling but lousy quality. Did gel manicure but nails turned yellow after 1 week.

I like Annie out of all the manicurist there. Meticulous and does her job well. She is Pleasant too. Also does eye lash extensions. Upselling is expected but not the hardsell kind so it's okay.

It is unacceptable, I'm member of the nail shop. I had been calling the shop number 67378968 since 21st May at least 10+ times but nobody is answering the call. Today morning since 11am I tried to call 7 times also nobody answering the call. It is very frustrating for a customer. This is the first nail shop which I have package with encounter this. My other nail shop which I have package with can either book appointment through WhatsApp or when I call in definitely somebody will answer the call.

This spa should close. Cuatomer service here is horrible. I regret booking an appointment for this spa. I went to Far east and do my nails even i paid 120bucks i was happy with the customer service. The person who run this business should really look into how they should improve customer service. I was 2mins late and i called and informed them nicely. And the person said cannot do already if you are late. I said im 2mins late.and they just said cannot. Horrible service.

I went yesterday for the first time , very satisfied with Janice service and my gel nail work , hope the quality is good and my gel manicure can last long, to be updated with my next visit ??

If I could rate it less than one star, or even give it a negative rating, I would. Called in a week before to make an appointment for both mani and pedi under a package and when I went down, was told there wasn’t anything on record. From there on, asked the service staff what could be done and how long I would have to wait before I was able to get my nails done. Not only was the attitude shown downright unprofessional, one of the staff- claiming to be the manager of the establishment, even blamed me for making a big fuss. While I understand the pains of being a service personnel, taking your anger out on your customers is not the way to go at all. Was very shocked when she said my “attitude has been very bad the moment I walked in.” In the first place, if nothing has happened, why would I feel the need to show attitude? Was then blamed for a resounding number of things such as pushing for an answer on how long I had to wait for. If it wasn’t for the package, I would never come back again. Horrible service attitude with lots of hard selling. Will never recommend anyone to visit this establishment.

Quality of work: 6/10 Photos speak for themselves, look at my uneven cuticles from my classic gel manicure Bought a package a while back and struggling to finish it. Each time I return to do my nails, my therapist Xiao Yan would spend a good 10 to 15 minutes trying to convince me to get more. Each time she cites a promotion like Great Singapore Sale and won’t take no for an answer. Even more pushy and hard sell than an Insurance Agent. It really takes the joy out of getting my nails done.
