Lousy agency, I will definitely not recommend. Only aim to get sales but when you need follow up they are unresponsive and lots of excuses.

Be wary of this agency as they are not bothered about honouring their word and contract. Before the brilliant Indonesian trashed their own competitiveness by making it a lot costlier to hire maids from Indonesia, I was entitled to one free replacement within 24 months. This meant that I should not need to pay any admin or transfer fee for a new maid when the contract of my current maid is up. But with the latest changes to the employment policy of Indonesian maids, the agency conveniently used that as an excuse and told me that they have no bio-datas for me as new bio-datas would cost them over a thousand dollars as a result of the change in ruling. Now even though my entitlement was clearly stated on my contract, there is little I could do unless I am willing to fork out $$$ to hire a lawyer to sue them, which would also me waste of time as the case would drag. Beside the point that this agency is not trustworthy, they are also a bunch of lazy bums - lazy, in every sense of the word. I asked them for the procedure to renew my maid after her two years contract was up, and they told my wife and I differing information (I don't even think they know what they were saying). Ended up my maid went to her embassy which told her yet another story. This really frustrated me as both my wife and I are busy professionals who rely on accurate information to get things done in the first instance. But these fellas are obviously goons who are perfectly fine wasting the time of their clients (and theirs in the process). I am definitely never ever going back to this useless ageny.

They don't listen to what employers need. Let you interview with any transfer maid available. Making the interview very awkward and waste of everyone's time. An agent should at least do their bare minimum of matching employers needs to skillet. This agency doesn't bother
