Staff was really helpful. Was looking for a particular bag and the staff who responded to my call was helpful and shared details of bags availability. Unfortunately... the bag I wanted was only available in US. bummer! Kate spade US, doesn't deliver to SG... :(

Kate Spade as a brand is always kind of a go-to place whenever I needed to get a gift for any female friend, and this store in particular has always been exemplary vis a vis service and overall décor. Special compliments to Andrea, who happens to be one of the best in helping me pick the right gift for every occasion that calls for something funky.

Bought a bag last year. Hardly used it due to the pandemic but had to send it in for repair due to a "fractured" handle. The staff were exemplary then. Almost a year on, not so much. If I were to describe the service staff now - obnoxious and indifference come to mind. The repair took a month and when I went down to collect. I asked the staff why does the handle broke so easily when it's only seen moderate usage, she accused me of overloading the bag. If that's the case then may I propose that all Kate Spade bags should come with a maximum load label ala washing machine. I remarked to your staff that this does not inspire confidence for future purchases and she smugly replied, "Its your choice" I do understand that this is not a 4 or 5 figures purchase but as a consumer product label, I do believe that your front line staff is a reflection of how your brand engages its customers. Sadly, this experience has left me wondering if I really need to scale up to a 4 or 5 figures purchase to get a taste of what proper customer service should entail?

The worse quality bag ever and horrible customer service. I bought a bag from ion Orchard and after using it once or twice the leather started fading and discoloring. When I went back to them they said they will call me back after checking with the backend team if they can fix this. They never called back to follow up, when I called them after a month or so , they informed me their warranty does not cover wear and tear. But how can it be wear and tear when the bag hardly been used ?
