★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service from Wolfpack and Speed Winz. Spent 8 hours loading 6 loads to my Condo, Storage and Disposal. Including dismantling and fix back. Very skilful, muscle and polite good professional movers. Highly recommend their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Speedz Mover (SM) of a delivery task: 9:30am to 10:00am on 31st of MAR 2022 for moving a queen-sized mattress and bedframe (including wrapping and installation), time and location is confirmed one month in advanced. I even reconfirmed on the time, location and date two days before, which was on the 29th MAR. SM replied everything is confirmed!
On the day of the 31st MAR at 10:30am, I questioned the SM contact person - Thomas, delivery was not even started after the driver called me to inform that there was a miscommunication, it can only be delivered in the afternoon. Later, the driver called again claimed he has a road accident. I called Thomas again to rearrange a new delivery task asap...that was very very unprofessional team and work ethnic and untrusted services provided by SM!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged their service to move our belongings from warehouse. We realized the TV was damaged after the move (we also engaged them to move our belongings to the warehouse in the first place, they pack up the stuff in the warehouse). We called and ask for compensation, initially, they did response and say will check with "upper management", but 2 days ago, they stopped taking our calls and stopped replying to our messages. We are ready to negotiate, but SpeedWinz appears to be denying responsibilities by ignoring us. Definitely will not recommend their service to anyone. If you do not have expensive stuff, you can give them a try. But if you do, I suggest you look elsewhere. Seems like our only hope is to go to their office and try to find the boss to negotiate.
