I was quoted $60, verbally communicated through the phone - Including everything (with manpower, trolley provided, no additional charges) Upon arrival, the boss said they only expect 2 boxes, 2 luggage and a shoe cabinet for $60. However I have an additional small box and he quoted me additional $15 for that small box. I told him that I will carry the small box down myself and he didn't accept. So I took up the transportation service instead without the help of them moving for me. I would strongly encourage you guys to list down all the terms and conditions via text before engaging their services, else you will end up like me only left with 2 choices; to not use their service or to move all the items yourself.

Despite messaging via WhatsApp and an initial reply saying that he/she would check, there was no more response, even after repeated messages. This is very unprofessional and speaks loudly of the extremely bad service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Beware !!
