Nice and newly design condo, a pity build in a wrong location, noisy area near mosque, flooded area, commercial land, think twice before invest.

The gym is too small. When one person truly works out in there, it feels already too cramp to encompass two people. Other than that, the pool has always been amazing and the swing is its icon. It should be preserved and maintained and never removed. Most security guards are friendly and that's very important. Dont be nasty when you have an off day because it affects us. Always be professional and friendly so we always feel at home and welcomed. Huge lobby. Nice gate needing card key and all areas needing card key is good and secure. Safe building. Big units. One of the last condos in central areas that have such huge apartment units. Nowadays are very small in central area. When I first bought it a decade ago, it feels like very small and not big enough or as big as my other ones. But now when I see the condos built these days, they are really getting smaller and smaller but not cheaper and cheaper! Lol. Mine is high floor so no blockage and nice and windy and kind of nice view because I can see my other apartments ha ha. Its a convenient place with 7-11 opposite and clinic with pinnacle opposite but I don't really like the residents there who are arrogant for no reason that could even be logical. There are also shops at Everton and a cafe coffee shop and provision shops the traditional ones. ATM a step away with mailbox. Bus stops many and mrt outtram. Cantonment police station beside it. A few hotels around it. There are also various pubs a street away. Extremely convenient place.

a very convenient and nice condo to stay with good facilities, big swimming pool, many eateries nearby, walking distance to many amenities, shopping malls, supermarkets and it is located just at a good location between 2 MRT stations in the CBD.

Love this condo... super central and convenient. Within a stone’s throw are Michelin star restaurants, hip cafes, great food, local eats and 2 MRT stations (Outram and Tanjung Pagar)... One can walk to CBD or anywhere really.. it’s so central! Love the swimming pool... and the units themselves are huge by city standards. Management has maintained the condo well and it’s a green oasis. Lovely place to stay.

Generally nice location. Large pool but fair bit of traffic noise.

Good condo to work in CBD. Nice pool, convenient unit layout. On the negative side, most views are blocked by Pinnacle@Duxton, road noise is prevalent on the morning, and no real children playground.
