As I needed the balloon for gender reveal, I didn’t have any needles and they have offer to find a little container and place a few needles in for us to pop for the result! It’s really been a great experience with them!

My nephew loved the Baby Shark balloon that came with music. Clara dealt with me both times I placed my orders and she was so patient and easy to work with. Love love love the experience I had. The owner, Ili, quickly responded to all my questions and made sure to deliver exactly what I wanted. The balloons were of the highest quality and lasted for several weeks, making the birthday ladies very happy! The service was really top notch! ?

They were very friendly, helpful and meticulous (when confirming the order balloons, ensuring that it was the correct order before proceeding to make payment). Definitely spoilt for choices ( given that there are so many balloons to choose from the website catalog). With one of my orders, I was very flexible with the balloon bouquet and only shared with the team what the theme of the party was and let them be creative with it. It turned out amazing! It compliments well with everything! Delivery was quite fast too! Placed my orders around 11 am - 12 pm and balloons arrived around 2-3pm in perfect condition!
