★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Trichy - Colombo - Singapore. I feel this as the best across the South Asian region. Food was good and provided on time. Air hostess were very friendly and seats were comfortable. Inflight entertainment had some nice collection of movies and TV shows. Will certainly consider flying with UL again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service! Had to cancel flights due to change in plans, and haven’t given any updates on the status of the refund in over 2 months! Their customer service just gives arbitrary timelines, tells you they’ll callback but never do, or just ask you to email. Best part is they don’t even respond to emails!

I have been trying to contact you over email for several days and there is absolutely no response. To top it up, my baggage was lost and I haven't heard back from your airlines. Today I got a call and I was told that I have to pay for the baggage. Can someone from your airlines contact me on my email address? I don't think I will ever use Srilankan airlines again with such pathetic customer service.
