Second time facing problem with the service team. Last time was my battery. Now is my aircon. Both time I tell them there is problem with the particular area, they give it a look and claim to have rectified but always not the case. Waste people time and petrol to go all the way for this....

Purchase Tivoli Diesel 1.6 Standard. Collected on 23rd Dec 2020 Engine Warning Light Appear 28th Dec 2020 Send in to Lower Delta Service Centre. Waited for 3-4 Hours. Service Centre told me carbon choked for car with less than 500km milleage. Salesman advice me not to sit inside car during Idle. What a joke advice is this. They keep pushing the fault to the diesel system. Hello, did they really forget they are the authorised dealer? Before sales say all the good stuff. After sales keep blaming diesel system. 2nd Warning Light 13 Jan 2021 Called service centre, talk to a guy called jay or something. Throw me a number to arrange for tow truck. Alamak. Message the salesperson, not helpful. Saying if i go legal, I will be on the losing end. 3rd Engine Warning Light Appears - 26 Feb 2021. Waiting how Motorway Ssangyong respond on this. Warning light cleared after I redlined the car for 30 mins. 4th Warning Lights appears on 27 May 2021. Already give up on asking them, tried redlining but warning light still stick around. Engine start to vibrate someone during expressway drive, feels like no power or piston jam.
