★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mask straps and earrings fell apart within days of purchase. Horrible exchange policy and they admitting to not actually making some of their products, contrary to their marketing.
Considering their prices, avoid this store as it is an absolute scam and waste of your money.

Got better brands from decent people on the same street, save yourself the trouble

After spoken to their back end support, they look into this matter and follow up with me. I wish everyone has the pleasant experience in SSFW too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought jewelry in the store several times. Three times the jewelry broke or lost its color after only a few days. I experienced bad service all three times when I tried to exchange, even though it was not even a week after I bought the items. The woman who works there is unpleasant and says they don't normally provide exchange, even though there's obviously something wrong with their products. My friend experienced the same two times, when she purchased jewelry at the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to commend the staff of SSFW, Samantha for her excellent and efficient service. I had purchased some items in their online store earlier this month and added some last minute yesterday (on Christmas Eve) as the items are not enough for Christmas! I chose to self collect on both occasions but for the most recent one today, Samantha had packed them so quickly and also efficiently updated me on the items out of stock and the items still available. She also meet me by North Bridge Road to drop my order in my car so that I do not need to suffer from the public holidays traffic! Both orders were fufilled within an hour. It is Christmas Day and I am super impressed by her excellent service. Thank you!
I am also impressed by the variety of the items and I have been wearing their mask chain everyday that I gifted all my friends one. Great items at a good price point too! :) Thanks for enabling me to spread the festive cheer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Bought a few bracelets from SSFW which broke. Sent it for repair and nobody replied my Instagram calls or message. They finally got back to me a month later to tell me bracelet cannot be repaired. There are better jewellery shops in Haji lane.
