โ โ โ โ โ This place is not authentic Korean BBQ. Who in the right mind grills galbi or pork belly over aluminium foil, on top of a grill, on a gas stove? They do not have ventilation and had to resort to opening the windows to ventilate the smoke, might as well just open a resturant outdoors. Wasted my night eating here. Every time I throw a piece of meat on the stupid aluminium foil my anger levels get doubled. Honestly they would do better as a mala hot pot place.

โ โ โ โ โ Range of meats not as wide as other similar restaurants. Cooked food was cold, didn't really make sense why they did not turn on the burner. Many items were empty but not replenished - sashimi, rice, many drinks, etc. Toilet area seemed quite unhygienic. Not a fan of the aluminium foil either. Overall would not come again.

โ โ โ โ โ poor service even though we came before peak hour.the staff gave us the order paper without pen. I asked for pen and she searched the whole restaurant yet she couldn't find it.she told me to tell her directly what we wanted.
Gave us the barley drink bottle with cup. The gas canister was empty,requested for change. i had to repeatedly ask her for assistances. What she did was acknowledged but no action taken until multiple reminders.
Food quality is very bad.raw meat are too frozen solid.cooked food are cold and slightly uncooked.

Only bummer is the poor ventilation and oily floor and the kimchi pancake is kinda of doughy.

โ โ โ โ โ Due to covid-19, all buffet style will now be replaced with table service, simply placed your order with service staff.
Food are considered decent. However, i am slightly uncomfortable with their plating. All meats were served on 1 single plate. For those who avoid pork or beef, you might need to inform the need to serve separately.
They are definitely generous with their servings. It would be better serve food in smaller size, instead of a big and chunky piece.
Staff are very polite and friendly. When we ended our dinner, they offered to serve ice cream.

That was not the worse partโฆ itโs the food quality, especially the raw meat.. if Gordon Ramsey was here, I think he would be swearing a lot.. the pork and beef were not placed at the correct place.. the spicy and non spicy chicken were also displayed wrongly.. That is not the worst yet.. itโs the Color of the meatโฆ we could only have the plain pork belly as the Color of the meat looks the most decent pink.. the others were darker looking and even grey. And some were half pink and half grey ??โโ๏ธ??โโ๏ธ??โโ๏ธ.. we do not even dare help ourselves to the other drinks as not even confident if the machines were maintained.. the cooked food section were all cold despite being placed on some induction cooker which was not even turned on to keep the food warm.. the Korean glass noodles were clumpy and SUPER oily.. we were VERY DISAPPOINTED for this dinner as it used to be a really good place. Will not recommend it ever. Not worth the money

They did not have many of the items which they were supposed to have, such as the beef short ribs, chicken wings, potato salad, etc. They did not even have some basic Korean items such as tea or soup. Despite the extensive list of drinks, they only had water and coke. Service staff were pleasant but unfortunately often forgot my orders. This was despite the fact that I was the only customer. For the food which they did have, quality was average or mediocre. For example the special โhigh qualityโ salmon sashimi was very poor quality and tasted more like smoked salmon than sashimi. Even the rice was of a poor quality and very clumpy. Overall very poor food and not value for money. It might be the case that the poor quality was due to covid. Unfortunately, it was such a bad experience that I canโt bring myself to try it again.
