Extremely upsetting and shocked at the customer service by LOON (β€œKong” was what he claimed his name to be, only to find out it was Loon from the management). Extremely rude mannerism and exerting of dominance to guests. Booked a week stay for my in laws with their flights only arriving at 7PM at night. My husband and I arrived at 430PM to check in first as check in was stated to be from 3PM onwards. The room was paid prior to checkin so we had the rights to check in first. But LOON was adamant on only allowing the people who were going to stay for the week and WE WERE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE ROOM despite having paid for it! Firstly, his immediate words when he saw me at the lobby was β€œARE YOU THE ONE WHO BOOK FOR HOUR IN LAWS?”. No basic respect in introducing himself or asking for my name or what the issue even was. No apologies, NOTHING. Best of all, he ACCUSED ME OF NOT STATING THAT THE ROOM WAS BOOKED FOR 3 PEOPLE. Isn’t that the first thing one inputs when looking for a room to stay to make sure there are enough beds?! He immediately enforced ALL the NOs while raising his voice louder and louder after each sentence. Not even allowing me to speak a single word. As I demanded to speak to the management, Loon was at the side smirking and laughing and grinning while I caught Nicholas, from the management, up with the β€œgood doings” of his hire. This is bloody ridiculous. Is this the kind of people ST hires? Is this the kind of service y’all preach? I have never been one to bother with confrontations, Loon was the first and only person I have ever raised my ever so loudly to from the level of disrespect my husband and I were receiving. Edit: in response to the management’s reply - don’t worry as we will not be staying at any of ST SIGNATURE’s hotels anymore. The experience was not worth the money, the energy and the time having to deal with such service. By far the worst service ever experienced.

Location and concerige service is great but the accomodation was very poor. We felt deceived from the photos. We received the room with a window, which did not isolate any outdoor noise. The wall papers are peeling and visible mold in bathroom/toliet area. It looks poorly kept. There is loud construction everyweek day from 6AM-very late night. It felt like we were outside cause of the poor insulation and we didn't open the window at all. Finally, the entrance is located at the back of the building. There are several rats and smelly garbage cans. The check in process was not smooth. The app was buggy and I needed the concerige to help me check in. I had to manually enter the code to my room. I don't think I will be back and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I booked with HOTEL.COM for 1 night, 14 to 15 of May. For a reason I can't explain, it was booked for 5 hours only on the 14th! At the check in, the receptionist proposed to pay additional SGD 200 to stay for the night, on top of the SGD 100 already paid for the 5 hours! This hotel brand is stealing money by unfair commercial practices, that's it. Should be banned from hotel.com. PS: location is very noisy with constructions.

collect and store tonned of your data after booking of hotel room, require u to pay additional $80 with card only option upon check it. Other hotel checkin 12pm this 3pm. After all the nonsense bluetooth door lock fail only can use pin. Go elsewhere.

This is my second stay and it's really disappointing. Noisy construction going on and terrible room condition {stained curtains, stained, mouldy and peeling wallpaper and AC with really thick layer of dust.} Aside from the terrible room condition, reception lady is kind and helpful.

Worst service so far. For just a hostel like hotel whatever, don’t get blinded with just photos. I am not sure who’s behind their lobby assistant and booking assistant, management must find someone that is more knowledgeable handling this job, or else you will lose the business. The app is absurd. That’s all. Not friendly environment. We book 5 days to stay here but we never sleep there because of dissapointment.

Paid for $55+ for 5/2/2022, 9am to 2pm, arrived at the place, was informed need to pay a security fee of $80 and it will be only able to return after 2 week via bank/credit card. And a lot of troublesome procedure, download apps, check this check that. No way I going to wait for 2 week just for a few hour stay, and it not immediate return after checkout. Completely waste of time

I was sceptical about this hotel when I read the reviews beforehand. However, it was a pleasant experience overall. Positives: - The room was clean - The bed was soft and comfortable - The staff were really friendly and helpful - The TV had access to Disney+ - Convenient location Negatives: - Ongoing construction (very loud) - The shower water wasn't warm - The walls are thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway
