β β β β β Place is v accessible (literally 2min walk from Jalan besar mrt, or 5min from Rochor). Love that the room comes with smart tv.

β β β β β The room loft experience is good.
Toilet is decently big. Could have shrank the toilet size and offer more space below the loft

β β β β β It was an unpleasant Experience when arrived in the hotel.
Iβve done online booking with confirmation email received, the location that I booked is located at Jalan Besar.
However when I arrive in the hotel around 1am + , the staff told me room was fully booked at this branch and they gave me another option is to go the other branch at Bugis beach which required me to take another transport to go β¦ and ask me βis that ok for meβ ? Do you all think it is ok if the same things happen to you β¦ why they still accept booking if the room has fully booked ?
Other than that, iβve completed the payment Method when online booking. but the staff reply me that I can cancel the booking as the payment havenβt been proceed. What an irresponsible answer is this! Hello ! Firstly, middle of the night, itβs not easy to get another hotel immediately. Secondly, the payment havenβt proceed is because I havenβt stay into the hotel but from my side Iβve completed all the payment method.
The only good things is they arrange transport for me after I asked them about the transport fee.
I really hope this kind of issue will not happen again.
Of course this is my first and my last visit to this hotel.
ps: Service from the hotel staff in Bugis beach was good and fast arrangement for check in.

β β β β β Had to make a $80 deposit during check-in through their app. Will be better if this $80 can be returned by cash during check out as it will be faster rather than waiting for the management to transfer it back . It is more of a hostel/lodge rather than a hotel. The service is also not professional nor comparable to what you get at a hotel. Staff seemed very reluctant to clean the room when we requested them to change the sheets (she told us that she was very busy and said she will clean our room the next day instead). The toilet and kitchen amenities are decently clean and good, but the rooms are very dirty and dusty, and have a strong musky smell. Staff just sprayed a lot of air freshener when she was cleaning, which made the smell in the room worse. There is also black mold growing on the walls where the towels are hung probably due to the poor ventilation as the rooms at the first floor do not have windows. Sometimes cockroaches will enter the room from the corridor. Overall, it is a nice concept hostel but needs improvement in cleanliness and service. Budget hotels like Hotel 81 are cleaner and have more diligent staff. The only selling point of this accommodation is the good location and availability of kitchen amenities.

β β β β β Stayed there for 6 nights while my house was under renovation. The room was stuffy and extremely humid, and had a stale smell throughout the stay even on my first night. Had to turn blast the aircon so the room didn't smell that bad. Room that I opted for had a private bathroom so that didn't help with the humidity too.
Bathroom had mold stains and water stains in the corners even on my first night there, which also means that the room wasn't cleaned that well between each occupant. The bathroom was also constantly damp as there's was a lack of air ventilation in the room and toilet.
Towards the end of my stay, I noticed a cluster of tiny black mushrooms growing in the sides of the wall near the shower...(?!?!?!?!) which speaks about the ventilation/humidity and the presence of mold and fungus in the room....
Service staff wasn't welcoming or friendly at all. Understand that this is a self-service accommodation but self-check-in system wasn't instinctively easy for first timers and I saw quite a few people struggling to check-in. Staff on duty simply refused to help, and just told the guests to follow the instructions listed on the board. I only managed to check-in because I experienced a similar check-in process before and understood what were the steps required. (Stayed here right after a 7 nights stay at the Heritage Collection at Clarke Quay, which had a similar check-in process. That stay was amazing, so check that out instead!)
The costs of the stay wasn't even that affordable for a co-stay accommodation.
The only good thing about this place is the location, right next to a MRT station and close to many popular eateries.

β β β β β Self check in co-living hotel. They have a shared kitchen, laundry area, workspace and patio area. Cool concept. Rooms were small but cosy. If you are back packer or traveller, who would be exploring in the day and only be there to sleep every night, it is affordable and comfortable. Amenities are new. Only problem is hear voices down the hallway of people walking and chatting.

β β β β β This place is totally awesome and comfortable! I definitely will recommend this place for you to stay when you visit Singapore! It's located (literally) in front of Jalan Besar MRT Station and there are a lot of food stalls near the hotelβ¨οΈ The room and the environment are very clean so it will make the guest comfortable ???
