I visited Everdesk to look at their standing desks. Sara helped me out and explained all the various features and types of desks. She even encouraged me to get out my laptop and try sitting at the desks to get a feel. Overall she was super helpful and nice and was able to answer all questions I had!

Yes, stipulated delivery time is 11am to 6pm. Is it too much to ask for punctual arrival when a customer requests for delivery between 11am to 3pm, NOT an hour later than the stipulated 3pm? What about assembly, is time not counted into it too? This request is provided WEEKS before the actual delivery date, (13/09/2021) AND at least a couple of calls to EverDesk+ between 11am to 3pm, check your records, it is there) When there is an order that requests for an earlier time slot, there is an actual need behind requesting this time frame. My husband's job is time sensitive. When he doesn't log on on time, he gets the blame for your tardiness. You do not see the repercussions behind late deliveries. No customer cares what you have conveyed amongst yourself, if you are unable to deliver at the stipulated time - be honest and do not promise the world or even dare guarantee. Do I also need to mention about sitting at home the entire day and wanting punctual delivery is every customers' right? Rescheduling to a later date after the requested time when we are waiting to get the desks in by TODAY (13 Sep) so we have proper desks to work on is not how you do service recovery and definitely not an excuse to further delay delivery.
