My entire experience with them was completely fuss free from asking a quote to the day job was completed. I engaged them to returf a site after my artwork uninstallation and they did it really well. When I first met Peter, I instinctively trusted him. He is the most well-spoken, courteous, meticulous, efficient and professional landscaper I’ve ever worked with. He was always punctual. He replied promptly to my enquiry, and made a early appointment to review my penthouse rooftop deck. He recommended and explained the correct plants and materials for the extreme hot, windy and rainy weather conditions of my rooftop. He gave me a very reasonable quotation which was well within our agreed budget. He ensured and showed me that top quality materials, such as layering, pots and soils etc. were used. He rectified as much as possible some of the disasters created by my previous landscaper. His 2 staff, including his ops Mgr Saba, toiled for 2 days and nights, until 10pm to ensure the works and cleanup were completed on time. I never had to worry about their work. My only wish is that Peter will soon regain enough manpower so that he can do the monthly maintenance service for my garden, and install the additional features we discussed such as a planted wall trellis. I do hope it will be soon. I made him promise to remember me. I can’t say enough good things about Peter and Star Landscape. He’s really a person of integrity and it shows in his work and manner. Star Landscape did a great job putting the Astro turf down on my garden. And from start to finish, Peter was there to explain and take me through the ponding issues I had with the garden and how we could fix it. You can tell he’s very experienced and good at what he does. We engaged Peter and his team to install artificial turf in our balcony. Right from the beginning, he was extremely prompt in his replies and accommodating to our requests (we required some customisation for our dogs’ potty area). His team was also very meticulous in delivering the end product which we absolutely love. Price is also very reasonable for job well done. Highly recommend!
