★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks really needs to lift it's game, the coffee maker burns the milk like it's the normal thing to do. I really think Starbucks is taking their customers for granted in Singapore given their domination as EVERY one of their shops that I've been in on this trip has made a bad coffee with burnt milk.
Starbucks used to be great but it's become a joke ?

the barista ask me if i am okay with having milk foam on top.
i told him i can’t have dairy.
he strikes of foam on the drink order but no mention of oat milk.
my drink has foam, and milk.
what kind of messed order is this?
i am lactose intolerant.
my orders usually isn’t this messed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived around 7:55am after checking Starbucks app that this outlet opens at 7:30am. It was really warm and my first time visiting this outlet, hence I asked staff, Micah, if the aircon was down.
She gave a snobbish expression first looking at her Senior/Store Manager before replying that they only open at 8:00am. Next, she tried to charge $10.80 for the $8.50 breakfast set. Befitting of a Starsucks experience.
After speaking to the Senior/Store Manager, who also seemed disinterested, sums up this Starsucks outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the bass on the music system is torturous and is way too high for the type of music and volume. reduce the bass/woofer for a pleasant atmosphere. I have to wear my head phones with white noise to counter the incessant humming which thought was the other tenants.
