★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chanced upon this cafe 2 weeks ago and have been patronising it whenever I have to meet a friend for lunch. Simple decor yet its spacious, comfortable and pleasant. I love the mixed beef pho
and the banana salad . Ingredients are
so fresh and refreshing. The baguette is light, crispy and soft. Very friendly and polite staff and efficient cashier despite the long queue during lunch hours. Would recommend anyone who is craving for an authentic vietnamese meal. An do try the coffee. Simply amazing and aromatic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grilled lemongrass pork chop rice was yummy! Definitely recommend that dish.
However, bun cha was underwhelming. It was served in the same way that Hanoi people eat it which is good but pork belly is not meant to be razor thin, it should be thick (about 1/2cm), juicy & charred with grill marks. The dipping sauce is too salty and way too much. A small bowl of lighter & slightly sweeter sauce will be more sufficient. There wasn't enough vegetable and the rice noodles could be softer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large portions. Delicious, but a little pricey for lunch. Didn’t understand the link between the shop name and the Vietnamese food sold too! Perhaps the menu or somewhere in the store there could be a story to let the customers know the link behind the name, it would be a talking point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serve authentic Vietnamese food. The spring roll and bahn mi are must try. Located at level 2 of the newly open republic plaza, it is a good location for a lunch if you are in the CBd area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic tasting Vietnamese fare! There is a wide selection of mains (noodles or banh mi) and affordable drink add ons. Their bun Cha is one of the best around. Portions are adequate and staff service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Vietnamese. Clean with nice decor as expected for the CBD but lack the flavours of those Vietnemase in Joo Chiat. Will still come back as it is a great fix for the locations. Efficient service.
