★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Starbucks at Cold Storage Jelita this morning, and the guy behind the counter, instead of attending to me, was busy with his handphone and couldn’t be bothered. I had to ask to be served and next thing, to repeat myself twice as he didn‘t listen either. A Cappucino and a Hot chocolate was too much to grasp. Customer service at its best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not realize that Jelita Shopping Centre is still around till I had to look for a Starbucks outlet to buy their newly launched drink "Sakura Blossom Strawberry Frappuccino" for my mom who just love anything that is 'strawberry'. She stays in Dover and if I had to take away, I need to find an outlet near her residence.
I paid for a Venti size and I felt it's more worth it than Grande.
Anyway, my mom just loves it! She said she could taste the strawberry chunks in the drink!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say this is a cool lovely place to chill and enjoy the drink. Not too crowded with students studying and no seats to get a cuppa.
The 2 staffs who served us a great peeps, Leon and Kam. They are friendly to everyone and helpful. Kudos to their service ??
Only thing is was hoping they would be open till later as it closes at 9pm. Nonetheless still a nice place to enjoy my drink with helpful staffs are a plus?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Starbucks outlet. Barista's frappuccino game is strong! Unlike some other outlets, the staff are super friendly and patient with more complicated orders.
A much calmer environment than most other outlets too.

Another visit today (051019) upscale crowd my kind of crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open and spacious with lots of seating even in the afternoon. Staff are friendly and are efficient in cleaning tables when empty. Also proactively heat up food for people who order muffins and quiches.
