β β β β β The service is very appalling and terrible to the extent that the guy staff *SIGHED* at me when I requested to redeem my Starbucks reward. Whatβs wrong with this? Arenβt we the Starbucks customers are entitled to rewards yeah?
I strongly urge the Starbucks management to look into this matter of this guy staff who man the counter on Sunday 28 November 3pm - 3.30pm. He truly needs to be sent to customer service course. Thank you.

β β β β β Very noisy and loud working (banging the equipments like crazy, joking loudly around to each other) the staffs are doing there, a pity for a Starbucks outlet. Not a good place for working or conversation. I would say that Iβve got the feeling that they donβt care at allβ¦.

β β β β β Should be given 0 stars. Their service is appalling . When I told them I would like to pay with my starbucks card, they blatantly told me that their βsystem was downβ. This happened on 2 separate occasions. By the second time, I knew this was no coincidence. I asked him if this system downtime was islandwide or just at this store, where he replied it was islandwide. I went to other stores, where they all said that their system was working perfectly fine. Donβt understand what is it with staff at this branch, blatantly lying to customers. Horrible service.

β β β β β It's a beautiful Friday evening, we're here for a nice cold coffee and a slice of cake, to enjoy and chill. However, the non stop ranting of your staff on their personal issues overtook the music, the nice buzz of the place. Please educate your staff. No one wants to listen to their loud non-stop rant.

β β β β β I thought I was the only one who experienced not too great service here. The staff might appear to be overwhelmed but I felt like my friend and I were disturbing their work by being paying customers. Ambience was nice but itβs a pity that we were affected by staffβs mood as they carried out their work. For people who are seeking a place for conversation, I wonβt recommend this outlet and would like to suggest other cafes instead. Great space but service can be much better.
