★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager was exceptional. Fantastic leadership and customer service. I got a wrong order, but accepted it anyway. When the manager came to know about it, he was polite and fully apologetic and offered me to change despite the fact that I have consumed the coffee, and also a return voucher. It is his initiative and actions that really makes any customer's day. He is a rare breed and deserve a great compliment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered chamomile tea - was told it would be a 5 minutes wait. Received it 20 minutes after because they forgot about my order and only remembered when they saw me standing there after clearing the queue. Poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos at best. I walked in and placed an order, tried to scan my Starbucks card. Apparently north American starbucks card cannot be scanned. I was paying in Singapore dollars...
I asked for condiments and they did not even have pepper....
The Barista Megan if she has any traing as a Barista was absolutely out of her element.
While I sat there and ate my semi cold sandwich, I noticed that her bodylanguage was in a constant explicitly state of panic and confusion every time she served a customer.
The place was quite as it was Saturday morning.
Having lived in North America for so long I was surprised that Starbucks Singapore does not maintain its services standards here. I had a very disappointing meal and experience.
