★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same quality as the usual Starbucks everywhere. Efficient baristas, consistent coffee and espresso. Open counter in the open area near the entrance and next to the lift lobby. Convenient and great if you want to grab a quick muffin and coffee before leaving or when just coming in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff are polite and swift service even if there is a long queue. Seats can get limited from 11am onwards till after lunch. No power sockets to charge laptop or phone, so bring your own power bank. There will be additional music from the piano placed nearby for public use, usually by people who plays well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the crew are trying, but some are outright obnoxious. As I was ordering to the lady at the cashier, her colleague kept speaking to her, complaining about something, and distracting. I repeated my order several times.
