★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice coffee place. Tucked quietly behind the hassle and bustle main road and entrance, facing the quieter park beside the mall. Service of the staff is excellent! Nicely erected covered walkway, specially to bring you to starbucks under cover sheltered is especially useful under the hot sun or rainy days! This place is highly recommended..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always check your order! I've had several misses in this outlet - once they charged me for a drink I did not order; they missed out on the vanilla in my so-called 'vanilla latte'; they "forgot" to add ice to my iced americano. Really gotta check your drink and receipt. Take a sip before heading out with your takeout order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this Zhongshan Starbucks for 9 years due only Starbucks ard my work area 2 bus stops away and even my colleagues also support Starbucks but they have been giving wrong teabag of what had ordered. 7 out of 10 do wrong order. it’s a distance to walk back to change to the right order of what been ordered n paid. Kind of sad. I have taken a pic to prove what I had say but here seem like there no attachment pic I can attached

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order coffee here a lot. Today the soy in my latte was really thick and overpowering in flavour. Might be getting bad, or the carton wasn’t shaken.
Either way, not the best start to my day, and you’d think at the prices they charge you could at least expect some level of consistency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thank Mr. George for his classy dealings and few employees with his morals and concern for the reputation of the company in which he works. I got a cup of matcha with sugar from a trainee employee and Mr. George replaced it without discussion with another for me without hesitation as he is keen to guide and train the young employees respectfully. Thank you very much, Mr. George for Your good work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting Starbucks tucked away on the outside of Zhongshan Mall, with access also located via the exterior access point.
No welcome of any kind from the staff which was poor. Barely any acknowledgement that a paying customer had entered. Reduced rating from 4 stars due to how disappointingly poor and lacklustre the service was, otherwise spoiling a good visit today.
I didn't spot any staff clearing or cleaning tables, which meant that half-eaten food and empty cups were sadly left lying around when other customers entered.
It would be good if offers like the Breakfast Combo were available past 11:30am to offer better value for money for customers.
Ample tables and seats were available with power points. All nicely socially-distanced and clean which was great to see.

To the uncle behind the counter , his name is George. I am gonna give you the benefit of doubt that you are not rude but please loosen up a bit , don’t be so grumpy while taking orders and kindly be a little bit more patient and you are good ! I wouldn’t like to feed off your angsty vibe especially in the morning or any part of the day too. Thank you.

But after i try some bread ,my mind changed. woooow
even if this place is "starbucks" the food taste like i'm in real india?
I think they use fresh and clean meterial .
And halal makes quality better.
You must try here. Taste are more great than what you imagine
