★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Starbucks here is crowded and seats hardly come by. This outlet is rather popular amongst students and presumably they are working from Starbucks for some time.
I was told that there was a queue for seats but there were no visible queue at all, other than signs of a queue to the counter to order.
I gave up with the outlet and went to a coffee place right across from Starbucks called The Assembly Ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chillax place. But sad to see many cathay shops have closed. There are safe distancing ambassadors around to control the crowd and eatery. Better to wear your mask after meal.
Overall, quite a comfortable place during weekdays noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to chill over a cup of coffee. The servers here seems a bit cold on a Tuesday morning. They were not smiling and gave a weird face, a fake smile really with the lips crumpled after the smile. Seems pretty weird for a Starbucks joint. Have always given a 4 but I guess for this outlet, just a three stars.
The coffee great as usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Quiet Starbucks With Amazing Service. Spacious, quiet and clean, this starbucks is perfect for a relaxing coffee break. What sets this branch apart from others is their service! I feel like the staff sincerely care about the experience specially the one at the cashier who is always smiling and asks if I need anything else when I get my order. Their barista for some reason is also great! I stopped drinking starbucks due to the coffee being diluted, but this branch makes them they way coffee should be! Probably because its not as busy as other starbucks. I also love the pastries and savoury snacks here. I always order the country chicken pie! Oh.. best of all, I don’t see anyone studying here unlike all other starbucks with hordes of students taking over the seats the whole day lol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the cafe late afternoon. The service level from the staff was great and polite. The ambience was quite relaxing too, with a nice music playlist.
Ordered the cake as a snack, and it was creamy. The cake was served on a warm plate too.
Overall, very satisfying customer experience.
