Literally wasted 45mins talking to Henry at the call centre on June 1, 8.45pm. I was charged by a 3rd party on my starhub bill (not sure how is that even possible) and I got no good solution from Henry apart from him repeating countless times that I should raise the issue to Google!!?!? Why and how???? Absolutely exasperating experience!! I’m on the verge of cancelling my account with StarHub unless someone in the higher management calls me asap to salvage the situation. Shocking service!!!

Fail to inform customer on router compatibility issues and I was notified of the problem only on the day of installation by the technician. Call Starhub and they say too bad you sign the contract.

COMPLAINT: Have been calling StarHub over this weekend over their broadband having no internet and StarHub TV plus and now broadband is still not working no internet, wasting my and my wife 4G and they are not reimbursing my 200+ mins of call time for calling their StarHub hotline only. Spoke with Grant Oh on the phone and he can only say sorry he cannot help waive the call time to their CS. So your StarHub problem now is my problem and I have to fork out more money and no service? ?

I personally found that Star Hub are more better than any telco in Singapore ??. I am not trying to do any favour to any company mentioned. I also found they are more polite and friendly especially as the staff are concerned. Today, I went to renew my contract which is due for today. I also went yesterday to Singtel and found it was still very shocking to mention. What else can I say or said??????

Most booths are opened and the friendly personnel at hand to answer all queries be it for mobile, broadband , connectivity etc. Do a e booking first, it beats the waiting time . I did an e booking the previous day and I was served less than 5 mins after checking in.

Had a prearranged installation appointment with starhub but nobody turned up during the appointment. No call to inform. I tried calling sales hotline but never succeeded to get to talk to anyone. Call the general line, he said someone had cancelled the appt(Which we didnt) and he had put up a request to sales dept to get back within 48 hours. After 48 hours , still nobody get back. I messaged the starhub messager helpline to ask for updates. They just kept telling me they had put up a request, get for patience and understanding. Each reply from them takes about 10-15 mins. A proper conversation takes too long that I tried to call the branch number that was listed in Google. I later realised it was the general hotline and got the same answer that they will put up an urgent request for the relevant dept to get back. I later receive a sms saying someone will call me back 2 days later fr 8-9pm. Need to wait another 52 hours b4 someone to get back.? Why appt was cancelled without informing us? Why nobody followup after my call? Why promise the 48 hours and noone is monitoring and unable to keep to the promise? Why are we not able to directly contact the sales department, only able to get to other depts that seemed helpless but can only put up request through the system that nobody respond? Overall, a frustrating experience

I was served by a representative named Yongshun at the Tampines Starhub. He was really helpful, professional and empathetic throughout our exchange. Even though he couldn't help to fix my problem right there at the branch due to some policy issues (which is of no fault of his), he was able to provide me with a very good alternative solution. He also had some very kind words for me with regards to my situation and that was what really stood out for me. He wasn't just doing a job...he genuinely cared and that is truly what makes a really great customer service representative!
