โ โ โ โ โ Visited this Laneige store at Tampines Mall yesterday with a friend. I was looking for a gift. As I entered the store, one of 3 female staff mumbled something in a language I didnโt understand amongst themselves.. Unaware, I bought some masks and left.
Later I was told by my friend that she said I wouldnโt be buying, just browsing.. this Salesperson is so rude. I think the management ought to teach her some manners and service.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited on 3 July 2021 noon, the female staff at the counter was so rude and arrogant! The way she speaks and the way she stares at you like you are a person of lower status than her. Omg. I can't believe Laniege never train their staff properly. I'm so disappointed and never going to patronise again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went this evening at 8pm+, enquired about water based sunblock for my son and was served by Pei Pei. She is honest and knowledgeable. She told me the sunblock is not suitable for my son due to his skin condition and gave me some samples for my son to try and guided us how to let him use them though I did not buy any things from her.
