X	Xavier Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase iPhone with Re-contract on 12 Feb, 6.30pm. Up to today, I have yet to receive any invoice or receipt. Was told I’ll receive via email. Wonder what’s so difficult for getting an invoice for a purchase made at the shop.

Change of SIM card took less than 5mins, but the Q to take a q number takes a loong time. 1 person controlling the Q tickets and when a customer start asking questions, the Q forms up behind and the service counters gets empty.

Outlet is clean, relatively quiet though the person who served me seemed a little annoyed that I was just enquiring about prices & promos. Hardly my fault that i have to waste your time when it's your company's policy. Been a long time customer, well over 10 years but it's time i took my business elsewhere.
