★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the landscaping done in this condo. The houses are smaller. Conveniently located very near Kovan MRT. The upgradation work going on in Serangoon river outside causes noise and disturbance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Tembusu is located a few hundred metres away from Kovan station. Though the apartments look smaller, the amenities that this condo has are nice. The outdoor party spaces by the pool side and the indoor party hall have all the essential facilities. The outdoor landscaping done here is quite nice.
The nearest shops from this condo are the ones located at Heartland Mall, Kovan or the shops in the HDB blocks behind Tembusu.
