The residences are a bit impatient as they tend to complain a lot about a group of boys that play at the swimming pool and make some noice but apart from that it has very good amenities like a convenience store,public toilet,sauna,playground,swimming pools and running tracks.It’s location is also very convenient as a bus stop is right outside the condo.I recommend putting a ramp at the side gate so it is easier for bicycle riders and the disabled to enter the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home to 470 households in a culdesac and a corner of Kampung Kembangan. There are at least 2 public parks within 3 minutes of the property, one large enough with its own jogging track and "dog run". The shady trees, old estate atmosphere of Kembangan can be felt as you stroll or drive through the area. It's a quiet area, a distance away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's good living for those not prioritising proximity to public transport options or conveniences of a nearby kopitiam. As a private estate, it's relatively well maintained and it, like many other have it's ups and downs - it isn't perfect. If perfection is needed, look to buy one of the thousands of Indonesian islands nearby and build your own perfect paradise ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo with full facilities and also well-maintained. Those higher units facing the landed houses will have a great unblocked view of the surrounding east coast. The environment is pretty tranquil and relaxing with a nearby park. Approx. 10 mins walk to MRT which is convenient

Two parks in the vicinity.
Affordable rental not far away from city
Excellent view of East coast from front facing units.
Cons
No supermarket nearby. But has one minimart.
Some blocks facing PIE are noisy 24x7.
Just 1 bus route 42 -this is the lifeline here.
