Lovely showroom, went to the other brands’ showroom prior to Steigen. Have to say that Steigen’s quality looks and feels the best. You can really feel the heat of the system after just turning on for awhile. Design also looks the slickest and nicest. Was attended by helpful and knowledgeable staff. It was great to know that Steigen provides free coverage of labour and transportation costs for lifetime. I’m sold when I heard about this, hahaha. Efficient installer completed the installation fast, he was very polite & knowledgeable too. So glad that I have went ahead with Steigen. Excellent service and product.

We’ve been using Steigen Solar Ultra for 4 months now and we are happy with the product. We are using the solar drying function daily as we don’t bring our clothes out under the sun anymore to dry. We don’t need to worry if it is going to rain or not. They have good customer service because I encountered error while purchasing it online. After sending message in the live chat, someone helped me right away. Kudos also to the staff who installed it, sorry I forgot his name. He offered to wrap the laundry system after the installation because our flat is still under renovation that time.

The service over the Whatapps was excellent. The staff was definitely very friendly on 22 May Sunday (Joscelin). She was patient and gave tons of information which also helps me to decide whether the buy the system. Subsequently I had to try to contact your staff but though the conversation was short, she was just as friendly and helpful (Rita). Even when I called on 26 May 10.18am, the lady was also very friendly as I had to confirm certain details since the ordered had been confirmed. Do keep up the excellent service and send my thanks to the 3 ladies who attended to me. The installer Xiong as in the message was a great guy who knows his stuff. He got the job done and was a very systematic worker. I can see that he is very experienced and from his toolbox, he is definitely one who does not like messiness. His explanation was brief but clear and straight to the point. He came punctually and went straight to work. I was asking him why on the website it said that the schedule date had to be in June. And to that he said that there was a lack of workers so I assume Steigen has a small pool of installers who had to service many customers. This also means sales is good and so it is a good problem. Actually when I was first told of the date in June, I will definitely not choose Steigen because I cannot wait for so long but luckily, the lady informed me that you had a free slot on Saturday morning and that was the best news ever! The product is great but one thing I felt that could not match the 5 star rating is the hanging of the clothes and towels. From the videos and advertisements that I have watched and read, it will only show the hanging of clothes which is good and impressive. The ability to lower the polev and hang bedsheets which is also great...then now when I have my system, I realised I do not just purely hang clothes or towels, I will hang BOTH at the same time. The problem is when I hang out both, there are contacts with the clothes and the towels. Of course it will still be dry in the long run, but it seems crammed So even if I had bought additional poles which I can see empty slots for poles, it will make the system more cram than ever. If only the system can widen the width so that there are air spaces in between, then I think your system now is almost perfect...maybe you can even call it Solar Premium...and if you want to keep to the original style, maybe the system allows you to widen it if you needs it, retract it back it you don't...just an idea. Thanks again for the awesome system and if it continues to last and perform its best, I will sure to recommend my friends to install your system.

Installed the solar mini rack 2 months ago. Installer arrived on time and it was a no-fuss installation job. We use it daily. Sometimes thicker clothes will take 2 rounds of the drying cycle to fully dry (3hrs per cycle) but that's completely expected and fine. There is an extender pole thing that allows us to dry king size sheets and quilts (though there will be a little bunching up of fabrics in the middle). The sound of the motor/fan (?) Is not too loud. The rack started rattling really loudly about 1.5 months into using it and we emailed the customer service and they replied within a few hours to arrange for a repairman to take a look asap which was a pleasant surprise. It turned out one of the fan was a little loose - it stopped rattling once tightened. The repairman arrived on the dot in the given time frame well. Overall it has been a very pleasant customer experience. The product does its job very well. No more surprise bird poop on clothes and taking forever to dry during rainy days.

I bought Steigen 2 racks and the installers are very friendly . The rack looks sleek and nice. Also have to appreciate their excellent customer service I forgot to mention to the installer to dispose the old manual rack and I called the centre to rearrange for disposal the customer service lady was very friendly and quick in her action. The guy was too nice to let me know that he will come on the day itself to pick and throw if this was other company they would have probably charges but Steigen is so good to do it without charging thank you for the kindness and great service !
