Bad experience as a freelancer with this company. Due to urgency, the engineer contacted me for the work and agreed on the fee and payment mode in a casual manner. I'd then completed the required scope in April, and only then, the engineer started wanting to formalise the whole process, i.e. required me to submit quotation, and later on, resend the quotation via email, etc.. I followed what was required, but couldn't agree on the payment milestone as it was really unfair to me (the company trying to delay the payment to a much later date for scope which I was not involved in). After weeks of following up, there was no vendor agreement being issued to me, the engineer also did not reply to my message most of the time, leaving me clueless on the status of agreement and payment. Finally when the engineer replied me, he told me that he had left the company, and passed me the accountant contact and another engineer contact (upon my request). I then followed up with the accountant, and had solid reply on the payment date. When the date had arrived but no payment was made, I contacted the accountant, but then, she had left the company as well. With this, I contacted the another engineer, to which, I was given the contact of another another engineer which had taken over from the first engineer. Again, the engineer requested me to send some papers over (I had a feeling that things were not passed down properly), and finally, in July (after 3 months!), I received payment from the company. Felt that the first engineer was really irresponsible for getting me into the job, but just left me helpless after me submitting the work to lift the urgency. In overall, it is not recommended to work with this company.
