frontliner lady in maroon/red hair was super rude! was waiting for 15 minutes and i decided to went to go to the market and buy things and i told her I'll be back and she told me in a rude tone saying not to take too long. but i got back within 5 minutes and waited for another 15 minutes outside. sweating like crazy and i saw the way she treated other patients rudely as well. really would not recommend this place. super rude staffs!!

Pls don't go to this clinic unless emergency! opens till 1pm and we reached slightly after 12.45pm when the clinic had no other patients. the receptionist staff said :"actually we are closed." she flipped the sign at the door to "Closed". However she did ask the doctors if they can still see my child. The doctors rejected us saying they have something to do!

Worse of the worst clinic ever visited. Even if I had to travel to West 24hrs clinic, over my dead body also would never visit this clinic again. Dr James Leong, you are an extremely unfriendly and unhelpful doc ever visited. Not even willing to assist to check with MOH wrt high risk family members (not vaccinated elderly stroke patients & young kids) and not enough rooms for self isolation and risk involved. Only will say no choice and keep sighing... Am I wrong to ask what is the requirement for self isolation? Everything also dunno, then why practice medical? Purely waiting tk 1 hr whereby there's only a handful of patients. After check continues to wait a good 30mins. Don't waste time visiting this clinic.

Was down with fever, bad headache and sore throat. Waited for 25mins to be attended for registration. I was weak due to fever, clinic was empty. No patient but i waited for 30 to 45mins outside the clinic. Dont ever mention on the discharging part.. it was way slower than everything. And only me was waiting for everything. Its time to backup and atleast improve on the waiting time for patient. I understand if its crowded. Overall visit was sucha disappointment.

Trust the reviews- this is the worst clinic experience I have ever had in my entire life. Please don’t go here, for your own sake. Extremely un-coordinated and inefficient, the staff seemed clueless and lacked empathy towards patients. Highly unprofessional and dismissive. Very very long waiting time. Unreasonably high price.

Never go to this clinic if u are feeling unwell. They make u wait & wait. Doctor is not helpful at all. Saw him n told him I developed a swollen eye while having all the covid symptoms. He dismissed the issue n totally didn't address it. When I asked the counter lady about it, she quickly told me if I wanted to treat that I'd be charged extra. When asked if he would give me meds for it he covered himself when I said the word antihistamines by saying my flu medication was. Technically he was correct but it didn't solve the matter. On the 2nd day, instead of having 1 swollen eye, I had 2 swollen eyes. Called the clinic to ask what I should do. The staff kept insisting I should go down to the clinic. When asked if I would be charged again, she said yes but refused to tell me how much. Only asked me kept asking me to go down & see them. Leaving me with no choice, I consulted 2 other doctors. One was a family doctor but he was overseas. The other was the teleconsultation by MOH. It became 2 other doctors as I didn't know my family doc was away so I reached out to the teleconsultation as advised by Pinetree as they can't receive Covid patients. While being overseas, family doc was quick to contact me via whatsapp to tell me what to do next step by step & was not even concern about charges while offering me advice. He even offered to monitor my daily progress on Whatsapp while giving me advice on what to do next if I encountered any difficulties. On the other hand, the teleconsultation doctor gave me some other meds to treat it. The doctor even said will call me 3 days later to check on me. See the difference in the treatment? I wonder what happened to the ethics of being a doctor. Choose ur doctor wisely. I would choose Pinetree Clinic over this clinic anytime if given a choice. Never been to such money faced clinic before. Both doctor n staff aren't caring at all too.

I have been living in Bedok for well over 30 years and am well aware of the different clinics around the residential area. They usually have long queues and waiting times. On one particular day, I was feeling groggy from flu and cough and needed to see the doctor urgently. I wavered from the usual clinics which I frequented and thought I was fortunate enough to see that Sterling Clinic had few patients and no queue. I could not have been MORE WRONG. It was an absolute misfortune stepping into this clinic. The total time spent at the clinic from the start of the registration to the end, when I collected the medication, was well over 3 HOURS. The doctor's lack of compassion did not help. His bleak attitude led to some miscommunication and he even managed to mess up my medical certificate. Just for laughs, during a span of 3 hours when I visited the clinic, I witnessed these dramatic events: 1. Saw the doctor berating a boy on a bike and his grandma for something. Poor boy could not save his face. 2. A guy in a wheelchair was nearly denied entry into the clinic because there were no ramps and he could not enter the clinic. The same registration lady (commented as rude by others) was stumped and did not know what to do and nearly turned him away until I volunteered to help carry the wheelchair in. Also, waited 2 hours after seeing the doctor before receiving my medications. I could have gone home to take a nap and collect them at a later time. Also, the medications were useless. I finished the whole course and it did LITTLE to help. I ended up taking Pe Pa Kao which helped more than the rubbish medication that was given. All in all, the WORST experience I've ever had of seeing a doctor I'm surprised that this clinic is still operating and I would rather travel to other clinics rather than visit this one again. Sterling WHAT? WHO?

Worst clinic experience ever. Called prior to arrival and to check last registration, Came before 10.30PM, had to do HealthHub registration outside the door and when i went into the clinic, the receptionist was so rude to say that registration was closed, FLIPPED THE OPEN/CLOSED SIGN INFRONT OF ME and walked away. Can't believe a frontliner could be treated this way when I had to go to a doctor. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
